Espresso Supply, Inc., a Washington corporation, together with its parent, subsidiary, related or affiliated companies (collectively for convenience as “The Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) own and/or operate a network of websites (“Website” or “Websites”) offering a variety of products. In addition, The Company collects consumer data from various sources as outlined in this Privacy Policy.  The Company is committed to protecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy explains the data collection and use practices of The Company and all related websites owned or registered to The Company.  It does not apply to any third-party websites, applications, products or services for which The Company is not responsible.  By accessing or using this site or submitting information to us you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this policy.




Changes to Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy gives you an overview of our practices regarding the type of information collected, how we collect your information, how we use your information, how we share your information, and various other important facts about our privacy practices.  This Privacy Policy changes from time to time, we expressly reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion, and changes are effective upon posting.  The Company does not provide notices of any changes in any manner other than by posting the changes at this website.  It is your sole responsibility to periodically review this policy for updates and you are solely responsible to be aware of any changes to this and all posted policies on this website.  Your action and cooperation is therefore required and you must review and comply with The Company’s instructions, notices, and updates.


Information Collection, Use, and Dissemination Practices.  This privacy policy applies to The Company’s collection, use, storage and disclosure of information by The Company on its (a) websites, including all its divisions, subsidiaries and related companies (collectively, the “Websites”), (b) on certain third-party websites, and (c) to The Company’s other information collection.  The Company is not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of third party websites or applications.

1.              Collection of Information.  Information is collected while you are using any of our Websites.  It is important to note that we must store this information in order to ensure you receive optimal service while using any of our websites.


1.1           User Direct Information.  Each time you use the website in connection with a request for a product or information, request information on any site, or submit any other form of inquiry, make a warranty claim, send us an email, or otherwise transmit information via the site, The Company may obtain and collect personally identifiable information provided by you, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, or any other form of data that you willingly submit and your user agent information, a cookie, IP address, and a time date stamp and potentially more will be collected and recorded to a back up file for our records indefinitely.  You may also provide us with information that, when combined with personally identifiable information, provides us with a better idea of who you are (collectively referred to as “personal information”).  If you choose to access our website, request warranty service or purchase our products, we may require you to provide personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the site.  We also collect information through web server applications.  This information includes, but is not limited to your referring URL, browser type, Internet protocol (“IP”) address, and the date and time. 


1.2           Other Methods of Collecting Personal Information.  Other occasions when The Company obtains information from you include your requests for assistance through The Company’s customer service department.  


1.3           Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Info Collected Using Technology.  The Company currently uses cookie and web beacon technology to associate certain Internet-related information about you with information about you in its database.  Additionally, The Company may use other new and evolving sources of information in the future.

(a)        Cookies.  Cookies are a feature on your browser software.  Cookies allow us to recognize you when you return to any of our websites and to provide you with customized services and information. (b)           Web Beacons.  A web beacon is a programming code that can be used to display an image on a web page, but can also be used to transfer your unique user identification to a database and associate you with previously acquired information about an individual in a database.  This allows The Company to track certain websites you visit.  Web beacons are used to track online behavioral habits for marketing purposes to determine products you may be interested in.  In addition to using web beacons on web pages, The Company also uses web beacons in email messages sent to individuals listed in The Company’s database.

(c)            IP Addresses.  The Company automatically tracks certain information based upon your behavior on the site.  We may use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community.  Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) is a unique Internet “address” which is assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider (“ISP”).  For local area network (“LAN”), DSL, or cable modem users, an IP address may be permanently assigned to a particular computer.  IP addresses are automatically logged by Web servers, collecting information about a user’s traffic patterns.  We use log files to track member usage and engagement and to gauge the effectiveness of our different services.  We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the website.  Log file information may include, but not limited to: (1) IP Addresses; (2) browser type; (3) number of page views; (4) log-in frequency; and (5) page or section accesses.  This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the site or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address.  While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual using the Web.  Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using.  Finally, other websites you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the IP addresses of those websites and their pages.  

(d)           Computer Profiles.  The Company may also collect and accumulate other anonymous data which will help us understand and analyze the Internet experience of our visitors.  For instance, The Company may accumulate visitor data relating to referring domain names, the type of browsers used, operating system software, screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings, cookie preferences, search engine keywords and JavaScript enablement.  When you provide us with Personal Identification Information, we are able to use such visitor data to identify you.

(e)            New Technology.  The use of technology on the Internet, including cookies and web beacons, is rapidly developing.  As a result, The Company strongly encourages individuals to revisit this policy for any updates regarding its use of new technology.


1.4           No Information Collected from Children.  Our websites are not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 18.  We do not collect personally identifiable data from any person we know to be under the age of 18 and instruct users under 18 not to send us any information.  It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under the age of 18.  We recognize the unique privacy concerns regarding children.  We are committed to carefully protecting privacy where children are involved no matter the point of contact.  If The Company obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 18, that information will be immediately deleted from its database.  Because it does not collect such information, The Company has no such information to use or to disclose to third parties.  The Company has designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).  Per COPPA guidelines, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) from children under the age of 13.  If a parent or guardian is made aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with PII through any point of contact we will delete the information about the child referenced from our files when you info@The

2.1       Discretion to Use Information.  The personal information collected on this site and by third parties will be used to operate the site and to provide the products or carry out the transactions you have requested or authorized.


2.2       Email.  The Company uses your personal information to provide first and third-party advertisements and offers by email to you.  The Company may maintain separate email lists for different purposes.  If you wish to end your email subscription from a particular list, you only need to press the unsubscribe button on the mail message.  To unsubscribe from all The Company’s email lists, please visit our unsubscribe page. Such an unsubscribe request will permanently delete your email from all lists used by The Company. Because The Company only sends emails when you have agreed to receive emails from The Company or you have agreed to receive emails from third parties, statutes requiring certain formatting for unsolicited email are not applicable to email messages sent by The Company.  The Company is not responsible for any email sent by a third party to whom it has licensed email information to.  The Company is indemnified by all third parties mailing data collected by The Company so long as they have followed the licensing can spam procedures to transfer your email information to them.  If a third party that is licensed your data for any legal reason is not in compliance it is directly the responsibility of the entity mailing your email address and should be addressed with the company or individual that owns the from email address.

3.         Sharing of Information. We will share your information with service providers who help us enhance your information through appending additional attributes about you.
